The 1500×4500 ball mill is a medium-sized wet grinding mining machine independently developed and manufactured for mineral processing plants. This grinding equipment is widely used in gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, quartz sand, feldspar and other mineral grinding industries. Adopting horizontal cylindrical rotary structure, the machine realizes continuous grinding through steel balls impact and abrasion inside the barrel. With reasonable structure, large handling capacity, low energy consumption and easy operation, this ball mill is the most cost-effective grinding equipment for small and medium mining concentrators. The motor drives the gear and reducer to rotate the cylinder slowly. When the cylinder rotates, the grinding media (steel balls) are lifted to a certain height under the action of friction and centrifugal force. Then the steel balls fall down freely to generate strong impact, extrusion and grinding force on the raw ore materials. The raw materials are continuously crushed and ground into fine powder or slurry. The wet grinding method is adopted with water mixing, which effectively reduces dust pollution and improves grinding fineness. Finally, qualified fine materials are discharged from the discharge port to complete the continuous grinding process.

This 1500*4500 ball mill is composed of feeding device, rotating bearing, transmission device, cylinder body, lining plate, driving motor and lubrication system. The equipment shall be installed on a solid concrete foundation to avoid vibration displacement during operation.
Check the tightness of bolts and gear lubrication condition before starting the machine every time.
Add steel balls regularly according to mineral hardness to ensure grinding fineness.
Replace worn liners within 6-12 months to protect the cylinder.
Carry out shutdown maintenance every three months to clean internal residues.
