This vibrating screen consists of a reinforced screen box, heavy-duty eccentric block vibrator, durable screen mesh, rubber vibration isolation springs, driving motor and base frame. The whole body adopts thickened steel plate and riveted welding structure, which is impact-resistant and not easy to deform under heavy working conditions.
The motor drives the eccentric vibrator to rotate at high speed and generates strong centrifugal force. The screen box continuously makes regular circular vibration. Raw materials are evenly fed to the top screen deck. Large-sized stones are discharged from the upper outlet, medium and fine materials fall to the lower deck for secondary classification. Finally, three different particle sizes are separated at one time.
