This vibrating screen adopts thickened steel plate body and riveted welding structure. It is composed of heavy-duty eccentric block vibrator, three layers of wear-resistant screen mesh, rubber vibration isolation springs, driving motor and fixed base. Reinforced side plates and seamless steel pipe beams ensure strong toughness and deformation resistance under long-term heavy load.
The motor drives the eccentric vibrator to rotate at high speed to generate powerful centrifugal excitation force. The screen box performs stable circular vibration. Raw materials evenly enter the top screen deck. With continuous vibration, materials are layered and screened. Four different particle sizes are discharged from independent outlets, realizing one-time feeding and multi-grade separation.
