This industrial vibrating screen adopts thickened steel plate and riveted welding structure. It consists of dual eccentric block vibrators, three layers of high-strength wear-resistant screen meshes, reinforced side plates, thickened cross beams, rubber vibration isolation springs and dual driving motors. The overall structure is sturdy, deformation-resistant and durable for long-term harsh working conditions.
Dual motors drive the eccentric vibrators to rotate synchronously, generating powerful centrifugal excitation force. The screen box performs stable circular vibration at a constant frequency. Raw materials evenly fall on the top screen deck. During continuous vibration, materials are layered and screened step by step. Four different particle sizes are discharged from independent outlets to realize one-time multi-grade separation.
