Fully automatic 4-25 block machine adopts PLC control, fast molding speed, stable performance. It makes hollow bricks, solid bricks and paving bricks with various raw materials, low energy and easy operation.
Our QT4-25 (4-25) automatic block making machine is a medium-capacity, fully automatic concrete block production unit. It integrates automatic feeding, distributing, vibrating, pressing, demolding, and pallet discharging. With a cycle time of 25 seconds, it can produce 4 pieces of 400×200×200mm hollow blocks per mold, reaching 4500–4608 pieces per 8-hour shift. Widely used in construction, road, and landscape projects, it supports various raw materials: cement, sand, gravel, fly ash, and industrial slag.
