The 1000 Type Vertical Crusher is a modern fine crushing and coarse grinding machine integrated with advanced global crushing technologies, combining the strengths of impact and hammer crushers. Adopting a no-screen bottom design, it crushes both dry and wet materials without clogging.
The 1000 Type Vertical Crusher is a new-generation multi-functional fine crushing and coarse grinding equipment, combining the core advantages of hammer crusher and impact crusher. Different from traditional crushing machines, this vertical crusher adopts a no screen bottom design, which completely solves the blocking problem caused by high-humidity materials.
Equipped with a 75kW high-power motor and 33 high-alloy wear-resistant hammers, the machine features large crushing ratio, uniform discharging particle size and stable operation. Its vertical compact structure saves floor space, making it widely applicable for crushing ores, mineral slag, construction materials and organic wastes. It is an ideal crushing equipment for small and medium-sized processing production lines.
Materials fall into the crushing chamber from the top feeding hopper by gravity. The main shaft drives 33 high-speed rotating hammers to strike, shear and crush materials powerfully. Then the materials are thrown to the counterattack lining plates for secondary impact crushing.
Inside the layered crushing cavity, materials undergo repeated impact, extrusion and grinding to achieve fine particle refinement. Thanks to the no-screen structure, qualified particles are automatically discharged without screening restriction, ensuring no blockage even for sticky and wet materials, and greatly improving continuous production efficiency.
No Screen Bottom, Zero Blockage: Cancel traditional screen mesh design, perfectly handle wet, sticky and humid materials such as sludge, manure and wet slag, no material jamming during long-time operation.
Super Wear-resistant Accessories: Hammers and lining plates are made of high-hardness multi-element alloy materials. The wear resistance is 2-3 times higher than ordinary cast iron parts, greatly extending the service life of vulnerable parts.
