1. Product Overview

The mobile 1548 double deck vibrating screen (model 2YZS1548) is a heavy-duty mobile screening equipment integrating feeding, screening, conveying and mobile chassis. The screen box size is 4800×1500mm, with 2 layers of screen mesh to produce 3 different granularity products in one pass. It is widely used in stone quarry, mineral processing, sand making, construction waste recycling, road & highway construction etc. The mobile chassis (crawler or wheeled) allows quick site transition without foundation installation.

2. Working Principle

The vibration motor drives the exciter to generate high-frequency vibration. Materials are fed onto the top deck, then stratified and screened through 2 layers of mesh; oversize, middle and fine materials are discharged separately via three outlets. The adjustable vibration amplitude (5–9mm) and frequency (870r/min) ensure high screening efficiency for various materials.
