5. Working Principle

Raw materials are evenly sent into the crushing cavity by the vibrating feeder. Inside the PE575 jaw crusher, the movable jaw plate periodically moves back and forth to squeeze, grind and impact the raw materials with the fixed jaw plate. Large stones are repeatedly crushed into small particles that meet the discharge standard. Qualified materials are discharged from the bottom of the crusher and transported to the material pile by the discharge conveyor. The whole mobile chassis can walk freely according to the mining progress, realizing continuous mobile crushing operation.
