The PC300×500 hammer sand making machine is a compact, high-efficiency fine crushing and sand making equipment. It is specially designed for small and medium-sized sand production lines, mineral processing, and construction waste recycling. This hammer crusher realizes one-time crushing and sand shaping for brittle stones. With small floor space, low investment cost and simple operation, it is the ideal primary fine crushing equipment for small mining enterprises and construction material processing plants.
This machine can crush raw materials with a feeding size below 50mm into finished manufactured sand of 0.15mm to 5mm. Driven by the motor, the rotor equipped with high-manganese steel hammers rotates at a high speed. Raw materials enter the crushing chamber from the top feeding inlet. Under the continuous impact, shear and grinding force of the high-speed rotating hammers, the materials are broken into fine particles. Qualified fine materials pass through the bottom sieve plate and are discharged as finished products. Coarse materials remain in the crushing chamber for repeated crushing until the particle size meets the discharge standard. The whole processing procedure is completed in one time to ensure uniform grain shape.
The crushing ratio ranges from 10 to 25. The finished sand presents cubic shape with few needle-like particles and reasonable gradation, fully meeting the standard of construction sand.
The machine features small volume and light weight. It supports fixed installation and mobile assembly, which is suitable for narrow and limited working sites.
Core wearing parts including hammers and lining plates are made of high-manganese steel. The material has strong impact resistance and wear resistance, greatly extending the service life of vulnerable parts.
Users can replace sieve plates with different apertures to freely control the discharging particle size, adapting to diverse production requirements.
