This 400600 mobile hammer crusher is a simple portable crushing equipment equipped with 36HP single cylinder diesel engine. Its feed inlet is 4429cm, max feeding size within 20cm, finished material can reach fine powder below 5mm, stable hourly output up to 20 tons.
This 400*600 simple mobile hammer mill is specially developed for small-scale outdoor crushing and powder making projects. It abandons complex electric configuration, directly adopts reliable 36HP single cylinder diesel engine as power source, starts fast and runs smoothly. With reasonable cavity structure and high-strength hammer head, it can quickly crush various bulk raw materials into uniform fine powder. After raw materials enter from the large feed inlet, they are continuously impacted, beaten and crushed at high speed by rotating hammer heads inside the crushing cavity. Materials are repeatedly collided and ground between hammer heads and lining plates until the particle size meets the standard. Qualified fine powder below 5mm is discharged from the bottom outlet smoothly, oversized materials stay inside the cavity for secondary crushing, finally realize one-time forming fine powder output.
