The PC 1000 mobile double-stage crusher is an innovative fine crushing machine developed for sticky, wet, and various medium-hard materials. Different from traditional hammer crushers, this equipment cancels the screen bottom structure and adopts double rotor crushing technology, which effectively solves the common blocking trouble of ordinary crushers. Equipped with a mobile wheeled chassis, the machine can move freely on the construction site without complicated installation and fixed foundation. Featuring low working noise, stable operation and high crushing fineness, it is widely recognized in brick making, construction waste recycling, mining and building materials industries.
Raw materials are evenly sent into the primary crushing chamber. Under the high-speed rotation of the first rotor, materials are impacted and coarsely crushed. Then the broken materials are thrown into the secondary crushing chamber for secondary grinding and impacting. After double-stage crushing, the materials reach fine particle size. With no screen plate at the bottom, qualified materials are automatically discharged by gravity without material accumulation. The mobile chassis enables flexible transfer between working sites to meet diversified mobile crushing requirements.
