The hammer crusher operates by high-speed rotating hammers mounted on the rotor, which impact incoming materials. After being struck by hammers, materials collide with the liner plates and each other. Particles smaller than the screen plate gap are discharged, while oversized materials are repeatedly crushed in the chamber until they meet the required particle size, achieving one-time feeding and forming.
