This hammer sand maker consists of heavy-duty rotor, wear-resistant hammer head, lining plate, adjustable sieve plate, feed inlet and discharge outlet. The overall structure is sealed to reduce dust emission. The replaceable wearing parts make daily maintenance easier and lower operational cost.
The high-speed rotating hammer head continuously strikes raw materials. Stones collide with the internal lining plate to achieve secondary crushing. Materials are ground into fine sand through the sieve plate. Particle size can be controlled by adjusting the gap of the bottom sieve plate to meet different sand production requirements.
