The jaw crusher adopts extrusion crushing working principle. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the belt pulley, which makes the movable jaw plate perform periodic reciprocating motion. When the movable jaw plate moves close to the fixed jaw plate, the materials are squeezed, rubbed and crushed. When the movable jaw plate moves away, the crushed materials smaller than the discharge gap fall down and discharge from the bottom. The raw materials are repeatedly extruded and crushed in the crushing cavity to meet the required particle size standard.
PE250×750 jaw crusher is suitable for hard materials with compressive strength below 320MPa. The deep crushing cavity design increases feeding quantity and improves production efficiency without material blocking.
The jaw plate, side lining plate and other vulnerable parts are made of high manganese steel. The thickened welded main frame is resistant to vibration and pressure, which greatly reduces wear and prolongs equipment service life.
Equipped with wedge adjustment device, the discharge particle size can be adjusted quickly and stably. Simple structure ensures no jamming during the adjustment process.
