Our 250x400 Jaw Crusher Screening Integrated Machine is a newly upgraded all-in-one crushing and screening equipment tailored for small and medium-sized mining, road construction, infrastructure renovation and construction waste recycling projects. Different from traditional separate crushing and screening equipment, this machine adopts anupper crushing + lower screening integrated integrated structure, perfectly combining the mature 250*400 jaw crushing host and high-efficiency vibrating screen. It completes raw material crushing, automatic screening and multi-particle size classification in one single process, eliminating the need for secondary conveying and separate screening equipment.
Powered by a high-performance 36HP diesel engine, the machine completely gets rid of the dependence on commercial electricity and fixed power distribution facilities. Equipped with a mobile walking base, the whole unit can be flexibly transferred between working sites. The whole machine adopts an integrated mobile chassis design, which is convenient for traction and transfer. It can move freely on construction sites, mountain roads and gravel roads without fixed installation and foundation pouring.
