The PE750×1060 jaw crusher adopts a heavy-duty structural design, with core components made of high-strength materials to ensure stable operation under long-term heavy load:
Frame: Integral cast steel or thickened welded frame, strong bearing capacity, effectively absorbing vibration and reducing equipment wear.
Jaw Plates: Made of high manganese steel (Mn13Cr2), with excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, reversible and replaceable, extending service life.
Eccentric Shaft: High-strength alloy steel (40CrNiMo) material, precision machined and heat-treated, ensuring stable rotation and long service life.
Toggle Plate: Serves as a safety component, which breaks first when overloaded to protect the main machine from damage caused by foreign objects.
Lubrication System: Centralized forced lubrication, equipped with oil cooler and filter, ensuring continuous and reliable lubrication of key components.
The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the V-belt, and the eccentric shaft drives the moving jaw to make periodic reciprocating swings through the crank-rocker mechanism. When the moving jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material is crushed by extrusion, splitting and bending; when the moving jaw moves away, the crushed material falls and is discharged by its own weight, realizing continuous and efficient crushing.
