
Project Background
This is a small-scale, low-investment gold processing production line built in Zimbabwe, tailored for local individual gold miners and small mining cooperatives. The customer’s raw material is hard rock gold ore with low daily mining volume, requiring a full set of simple, energy-saving and easy-to-operate mining equipment. The customer clearly demanded an hourly output of 3 tons, suitable for manual feeding and small-site layout, no complicated civil engineering, fast installation and quick return on investment, perfectly adapting to local rural remote mining working conditions.
Production Line Core Configuration & Working Flow
The whole line adopts simple one-stage crushing + grinding integrated design, compact overall layout and small floor space. Equipped with small vibrating feeder, mini jaw crusher, small hammer crusher, matched 900×1800 ball mill and gold centrifugal concentrator, supporting full-process belt conveying automatic feeding. Raw gold ore is evenly sent to the jaw crusher for primary coarse crushing, after reaching the required particle size, it enters the hammer mill for fine crushing, and then is sent to the ball mill for wet grinding. Finally, finished ore pulp enters the gold separation equipment to complete high-efficiency gold extraction and recycling.

After the completion of installation and commissioning, the Zimbabwe 3t/h gold ore production line has been running stably all year round. The equipment failure rate is extremely low, the grinding particle size is uniform, and the gold ore dissociation effect is excellent. The actual gold recovery rate fully meets the customer's expected standard, effectively increasing the daily gold output of the small mine. This project has become a local benchmark case for small-scale gold beneficiation, attracting many surrounding gold mine owners to visit and place supporting equipment orders.
